I am a certified personal trainer from Carolina, Puerto Rico. My fitness journey started 10 years ago with a passion for strength training. In my fitness plan I have developed a system that pairs heavy lifting with Non Exercise Activity Thermogenesis (NEAT). This gives each client the ability to build an amazing body while only training 3 times per week.
I have helped over 50 busy clients build their bodies and instruct them how to maintain their fitness for the longterm. With 7 years of experience as a personal trainer I have launched this program to share my passion and provide 1 on 1 online coaching to each individual with their health and fitness goals in mind.
