The main focus of this program is building strength. Muscle follows strength and more muscle tissue will help your body burn excess fat.

Highly personalized to your goals and available equipment. Adjustments will be made every 4 weeks to continue progress.

Exercise sessions are on average 30 - 45 minutes 3 - 4 times per week. Only the most effective exercises to build the best body within your busy schedule.

BIOGRAPHY

RUBEN O. ROSA

I am a certified personal trainer from Carolina, Puerto Rico. My fitness journey started 10 years ago with a passion for strength training. In my fitness plan I have developed a system that pairs heavy lifting with Non Exercise Activity Thermogenesis (NEAT). This gives each client the ability to build an amazing body while only training 3 times per week.

I have helped over 50 busy clients build their bodies and instruct them how to maintain their fitness for the longterm. With 7 years of experience as a personal trainer I have launched this program to share my passion and provide 1 on 1 online coaching to each individual with their health and fitness goals in mind.
